I really tried, honestly. But they were just to cute. Add to that some matching antennas for me to wear and well… How could I resist?

Sorry for the blog being a bit quiet, but this winter’s viruses are still keeping me occupied. To be precise, I am feeling fine. But now the rest my household is busy emptying their stomachs, cat included. Really, the bugs floating around this season… it’s getting ridiculous by now!

And once again I’m late! Maybe I’ll finally manage to be on time at week 52…

Anyway, when I saw this week’s color swatch, I immediately had to think of this dress by Lemon Tea. At first I didn’t want to use it, because it’s not a new item AND I already blogged it last year. But it’s just to perfect not to use.

Rapunzel, Rapunzel

… let down your hair.

Actually, this new really long hair by Magika, is called “Draw”. But I think it could have easily been called Rapunzel as well. In any case, I think it’s awesome!

My shirt is part of a new release by fri.day. This cute ballet tee is “system clothing”. And it’s available in 10 solid colors and 8 striped versions. The little mesh bow is optional, but I definitely prefer the shirt with the bow. It’s just adorable!

The rest of my outfit is a mix of older items from my inventory and some free gifts I picked up recently.

… week 19 of the 52 Weeks of Color Challenge part II.

Wow, did I have a hard time finding this particular brown! And my search wasn’t helped by the fact I was hardly online this week. The reason for that was my husband, who began this week by smashing his foot into the corner of a loose ceramic tile. And then I had to run around all week to provide him with food, drinks, books etc. Okay, he had a nasty cut in his foot, but it wasn’t like his foot would fall off if he moved one muscle! Really, why do men behave like babies when they’re sick?!

But anyway, back to this week’s shade of brown… After searching a long while, I finally settled for this look. The only recent item in it is my skin. The rest has been living in my inventory for quite a while. So don’t be surprised if some of this stuff is no longer available.

So, what am I wearing? My entire outfit, without the shoes, is by M*Motion. This store sells cute outfits for a very reasonable price. The sweater with skirt, tights and stole are all sold separately. And they’re all available in different colours, so you can mix and match as you like.

The outfit cost me L140 in total. But if that is too much for you, you can always join the in-world group, and stalk the lucky boards for a free version. That group also gives you access too a selection of group-gifts. So basically… why are you still here?

…week 51 of Luna Jubilee’s 52 Weeks of Color Challenge.

 

Week 51… the end of this challenge is almost here. But I will not go all sappy untill the very last post. Promise. So anyway, this week’s color was cream. My look didn’t turn out as creamy as I had liked, but I just couldn’t find the right color. So my cream is kind of beige… oh well.

It was only when I started writing this post, that I realized I could have done something more creative with this. Afterall cats are known to love cream. But then again, if you actually give a cat too much cream, it gets diarrhea. So yeah… I’ll just stick with this picture. AND I’ll stop babbling, that too.
