…Second Life stopped hating me, so I finally managed to snap some pictures.

I picked up a new dress at JANE. And it was time for crazy deals again, so I got all three colors for the price of one. Perfect if you can’t decide what color you want!

Panda Express sale

…and some stuff I bought earlier, but didn’t wear yet.

Panda Express is having a sale at the moment. So it was the perfect opportunity to buy some stuff I had had my eye on for some time.

It was also the perfect time to remember those limited edition pink kitteh parts I had bought some time ago. I got them, but hadn’t even rezzed them yet…ooops.

SL8B

…and a new skin.

I have two new things to show today. First my sweet new KittyCatS kitten. He’s a “Magic Birthday Cat”, a collectible cat made for the SL8B event. Isn’t he cute?

Second new thing is my skin, from the body co. Their skins have a very natural feel to them and I liked all of them. But this was the only one that really fitted my shape. The other skins made me look a bit mean for some reason. So the choice was easy in the end. (do I need to add I’m too lazy to change my shape?)

To whisker or not to whisker

…that is the question.

Because no matter how much I love my elegant feline whiskers, I just don’t seem to be able to photograph them. And I have tried, many times. But unless it’s a close-up, they end up looking like a game of connect-the-dots. And drawing them on afterwardsjust looks like, well, like they’ve been drawn on. *sigh*

Could be it’s just my limited knowledge of the GIMP, but for now I’ll be forced to pluck out some hairs before I take snapshots. This picture illustrates my problem:

On to the fashion info. I’m a big fan of Fifty Linden Fridays. Every friday I go inworld in the morning, to beat the crowds and the lag. And since I’m based in Europe I’m usually very early. And I pretty much buy something each week.

Hello world!

This was actually the default post that was here when I made this blog. But I thought the title was pretty fitting for how I feel right now, so I kept it.

*waves at possible readers*  Hello? Anybody there?

Anyway, readers or not, I should probably make an explanation here, about what this blog will be about (that’s what it said in the tutorial anyway). It’s very simple actually: this will be my own little attempt at a Second Life blog. I know I’m absolutely not the first to do so, but probably not the last either.

I will probably explain myself a bit further later. Right now I’m going to try and find out how all this stuff works. Hmmm I wonder what this “self destruct” button does…moves to click mystery button…
